Beginners Course – Stopsley Striders
Our club offers an annual 12 week beginners course that goal is to improve the fitness of the new runners so they can run 30 minutes continuously without stopping!
Then at the end of the course we invite all the beginners to attend/run at our graduation parkrun that is held at Luton, Wardown with a goodies bag presented to all graduates 🙂
A good way of keeping yourself motivated is booking up to run in a organised timed race from 5k right up to Ultra marathons. Set yourself a target, train to be able to run that distance and choose between interesting different courses to run from urban to cross country!
