My name is Mark Layzell and I am a member of the Luton based running club  Stopsley Striders  since 2014 where I am a qualified coach in Leadership in Running Fitness..

I enjoy meeting new people especially through parkrun tourism that is a large part of my running life, tell stories of the places I run and the people I meet!

Finally the aim of this blog is promote running and show that is assessable to all, but the most important thing is to have fun 🙂
