My local parkrun is Luton, Wardown that has been established just over a year now and is going from strength to strength, it now regularly boasts over 200 runners each week!

It is staged in beautiful Wardown Park that is fed by the river Lea, has a museum and cricket club onsite!

I will miss you while I complete this Greater London parkrun challenge.
